I'm the technical contact clients deal with day to day at TeamGenix: configuring D365 F&O, running UAT and integration testing, and turning deployment failures and data issues into clear updates that project leads, managers and auditors can act on. My background is data. Before consulting I built SQL reporting and decision logic for a debt-collection law firm, migrated schools off other financial software and reconciled third-party billing across large transaction volumes. When something doesn't add up, I open the database first.
